Neslted in the privacy and comfort of a single family home in the Hyde Creek neighbourhood of Port Coquitlam, the compact studio offers an intimate setting for practice. Perfectly suited for small classes of up to 8 people, Mauktika offers the comforts of a large studio in a homey environment.

Studio Etiquette

Please remove shoes at the entrance to ensure a clean environment.
Although every effort is made to keep the studio allergen free, there is a dog in the home. If you have a severe allergy to pets, please talk to the instructor before class.
Parking - There is lots of street parking in the vicinity. Please be mindful of neighbours driveways
Arriving late - Please be considerate of your fellow practitioners and arrive not later than 5 minutes before the scheduled class. This will give you enough time to get situated comfortably and the class to begin on time.
Please bring your own mat. There are mats to borrow in case you forget.
Blocks and other props are provided.
Practice in the summer months is a breeze as the studio is fully air conditioned.
