About the event
Held on the peaceful shores of the Shuswap Lake at Sorrento Centre, this retreat is designed for women who are ready to soften, awaken, and express what’s been waiting inside. Over the course of the weekend, we’ll gather in circle and step gently away from the noise of everyday life, into a space where you can breathe more fully and live more vividly.
You’ll experience:
Four nourishing yoga* classes — grounding, fluid, and accessible, designed to help you feel embodied and alive
A soulful music circle to open the heart and connect through sound
A guided art session* where expression matters more than perfection
